Third Sector Skills Project Development Officer (North Wales)

 

This new role will lead the delivery of our new Third Sector Skills Project in North Wales which is funded by Big Lottery Fund Wales. The role will focus on building the capacity of Sported in North Wales, growing a team of Volunteer Business Mentors to engage with groups in deprived communities who are delivering Sport for Change activities as part of the Sported membership across the region.

 

Prior experience of recruiting and working with volunteers, working with Partner organisations to facilitate the delivery of projects, database management, and organising and administrating events, is essential. An understanding of the needs of groups and organisations offering community activities to disadvantaged young people is also essential.

 

Experience of delivering training and facilitation and experience of administering volunteer programmes, would also be desirable.

Swyddog Prosiect Datblygu Sgiliau Trydydd Sector (Gogledd Cymru)

 

Bydd y rôl hon yn arwain at gyflawni ein Prosiect Sgiliau Trydydd Sector newydd yng Ngogledd Cymru sy’n cael ei ariannu gan Gronfa’r Loteri Fawr Cymru. Bydd y rôl yn canolbwyntio ar adeiladu capasiti Sported yng Ngogledd Cymru, gan dyfu tîm o Fentoriaid Busnes Gwirfoddol i weithio gyda grwpiau mewn cymunedau difreintiedig sy’n darparu gweithgareddau Chwaraeon ar gyfer Newid fel rhan o aelodaeth Sported ar draws y rhanbarth.

 

Mae profiad blaenorol o ddenu a gweithio gyda gwirfoddolwyr, gweithio gyda phartner fudiadau i hwyluso’r gwaith o gyflawni prosiectau, rheoli cronfeydd data a threfnu a gweinyddu digwyddiadau yn hanfodol. Mae dealltwriaeth o anghenion grwpiau a mudiadau sy’n cynnig gweithgareddau cymunedol i bobl ifanc dan anfantais yn hanfodol hefyd.

 

Byddai profiad o ddarparu hyfforddiant a hwyluso a phrofiad o weinyddu rhaglenni gwirfoddol yn ddymunol hefyd.
