Do you have a head for numbers and a gift for making complex information easy to understand? We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent knowledge of the gathering, analysis and presentation of data to fill our new Research and Analysis Manager role.


Working as part of a small Evidence and Learning team and reporting to the Head, this role is pivotal in proving the impact and driving future developments in Sport for Development, playing a key role in the analysis and representation of data gathered through Sported’s 3000 members across the UK and from the sector more broadly, as well as in developing Sported’s research portfolio.


Your work will be used to influence discussions across the Sport for Development sector around sport’s role in society as well as in creating opportunity for Sported and its members through key external stakeholders.


Prior experience of implementing monitoring and evaluation systems and analysis of monitoring, evaluation and research, and the ability to use this to develop compelling written and graphic reports and briefings, is essential. Experience of using data in support of fundraising and communications activity, and of developing qualitative and quantitative research programmes, would also be desirable.
