Judith graduated from Queens University Belfast with a Psychology degree. She completed a year-long internship with the Centre of Effective Services, gaining experience in implementing strategic plans and project outcomes evaluations for a range of community projects, alongside resource & training development, including international training facilitation. Most recently, she has completed a year-long academic course in leadership and volunteer management.
Judith has a talent for demystifying complex information so that’s it more user-friendly for groups. She is passionate about supporting people and organisations to develop their capacity to provide evidence of the impact and effect their work has on communities and individuals.
Along with first-hand practical experience of this in a volunteer role as a local community arts project co-ordinator, she has been able to develop her knowledge and skill in the area of Impact Practice through her role with Inspiring Impact at Sported. In the past few months, Judith has supported 20 Sported member groups through the Inspiring Impact NI pilot programme and has developed a range of resources and supporting materials to help groups develop and implement good Impact Practice.
