Fundraising Manager

Sported is currently entering an exciting new phase with a number of new high profile partnerships agreed along with ambitious plans for the celebration of our 10th birthday in 2018.

 

To coincide with this new phase for the organisation, we are looking for an experienced Fundraising Manager to take the lead in our Major Donor and Trusts and Foundations work as we seek to continue the excellent growth in income generation of the past five years. Working closely with our hugely connected Board of Trustees and Sported’s executive team, you will have the opportunity to drive the strategy for both areas; lead/support conversations with Major Donors,  and engaging major Trusts and Foundations with Sported ensure our pipeline continues to develop.

Member Engagement and Services Manager

Sported is the UK’s largest charity dedicated to supporting community groups using ‘Sport for Social Change’ to survive and thrive. Our 3000 members around the UK use the power of sport to help young people facing disadvantage and challenges of many kinds to fulfil their potential. These are exciting times for Sported. 2018 is our 10th anniversary and we are looking forward to celebrating this milestone with a number of events and activities throughout the year.

 

We are seeking a creative, customer-focused individual to inspire the development, packaging and promotion of an industry-leading range of services and benefits to Sported’s remarkable members. Our Members genuinely are at the heart of everything we do. The Member Engagement and Services Manager’s job will be to keep them there.

 

This role will line-manage the Member Services Co-ordinator, and connect to all Sported Team Members in order to ensure that our Member Service objectives and KPI’s are met. The successful candidate will oversee the collection and analysis of data relating to member satisfaction and engagement, using it to formulate and implement plans aimed at increasing the quality and quantity of member engagement.

Office Manager – London

We are seeking a highly motivated, organised and energetic office manager for Sported’s central office in London.

 

These are exciting times for Sported. 2018 is our 10th anniversary and we are looking forward to celebrating this milestone with a number of events and activities throughout the year. In July of this year, our central team moved into the brand new London House of Sport, which provides a vibrant environment and is already enabling us to build new partnerships.

 

The Office Manager plays a key role in the ensuring the effective running of Sported, not only at the London office, but across the United Kingdom. As well as being very organised in their own right, we’re looking for someone who can support and influence the whole team to follow our procedures; communicate effectively and maximise resources in order to be able to offer even better service to our remarkable Members.

 

The nature of our organisation and our work mean that the post-holder will come into regular contact with a broad range of people, and will have opportunities to contribute to plans and decisions as well as implement them.
