Ann joined Sported in January 2023 following ten years in business management in the Early Years sector, developing a small part-time preschool into a year-round low-cost facility for the local community for children from six months to school-age.

Previously, her main area of work experience was business development in multiple retail site businesses. Then, Ann specialised in human resources within a range of organisations supporting diverse work forces from postal workers through to corporate boards.

For many years, Ann coached both recreational and competitive artistic gymnastics. She continues to volunteer as a regional women’s artistic judge for British Gymnastics in the East of England while supporting Hertfordshire County as its secretary.

Ann keeps active being part of a national online run group set up during COVID.

Given all this, she understands the workload and time pressure of our members trying to balance family, full-time work and committing quality time to clubs for the benefit of their members.
