There are two ways to access the unit: guided or self-led. To really get the most out of the unit, join with a cohort of other people from sports groups just like yours, learn and share experiences with the guidance of a Sported volunteer mentor. 

If you prefer, you can also access the unit independently, there are recordings of the webinars linked to the unit, and all the content can be accessed by Sported network groups.
