Rhee Feehan (they/them)

Rhee is a marketing strategist and inclusivity advocate with a strong track record of helping organizations build authentic, welcoming communities. With over a decade of experience in marketing across sectors including tech, healthcare, and law, Rhee is an expert at engaging a wide range of diverse audiences and communicate values in a way that resonates. As Chair of Be Gay Do Climbs—a thriving LGBTQ+ climbing community—Rhee is at the forefront of developing inclusive spaces in sport.

Their work has helped grow participation, visibility, and belonging for queer individuals in traditionally straight-male sporting spaces, offering a model for inclusive club culture and community-building.

In their talk, Rhee will explore practical strategies for promoting inclusivity in sport at all levels. From inclusive language and visual representation to community outreach and culture-building, the session will offer actionable insights for making sports more accessible and representative as well as some handy tips and tricks for the various marketing platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.

The session will end with a candid Q&A—no questions off limits—encouraging open dialogue around barriers, challenges, and real-world solutions.
