Take your group to try some of over 50 different activities at Lee Valley

The Lee Valley Community Access Fund has been set up to give people access to activities at Lee Valley who otherwise may not get the opportunity to do activities at this amazing venue.

The authority have funds available to groups who want to try out some of their activities, whether that is rafting the Olympic White Water course, cycling the Olympic Velodrome or playing tennis at the Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre; the choices on offer are huge. Click here to see the list.

The funding can be used to pay for the hire of facilities and, in special cases, can help towards travel costs.

How can you get involved?

All you need to do is complete a booking form Master_CAF_Booking_Form and return it to Jack Pringle jpringle@leevalleypark.org.uk at your earliest convenience.
What do I need to know?
Preference will be given to groups who intend to come more than once with the same group of young people – whether that’s to do the same activity or try a few different ones.If you’re a football club (for example) you can not apply to use football facilities but can apply to try other activities if you can evidence that without the fund, your young people would not have the chance to do this.

You and the young people will be expected to complete some monitoring and evaluation paperwork (a short survey).

For all enquiries, contact Jack Pringle by email jpringle@leevalleypark.org.uk or phone 01992 709902.

It sounds like a wonderful opportunity and we really hope you’ll be able to take advantage of it and give your young people a really amazing experience.
