New grant funding available from NCS Community experiences, take a look at the information and webinar

Sported are delighted to invite members to apply for the National Citizenship Service’s latest community experiences fund. In partnership with StreetGames, NCS are offering two sets of funding for eligible groups.

This webinar, which was hosted by StreetGames, will take you through the application process and show you how your group could benefit from NCS support.

You don’t need to have any previous involvement with NCS, with all eligibility criteria being given on the webinar. You’ll discover more about the funds on offer, and with up to £500,000 available, this is one you can’t afford to miss!

  • Open-to-all: Regular experiences that are embedded in young people’s local communities, with structure and support from NCS Trust, but locally tailored by you. Up to £500,000 available, projects must align with ALL the objectives of the fund
  • Targeted: Innovations and projects that support underserved young people in their local communities. Up to £10,000 available, projects must align with at least one of the objecties of the fund
  • Develop life skills and support independent living
  • Build employability and work-readiness
  • Provide opportunities for volunteering and social action
  • Enable social mixing of young people from all backgrounds
  • Non-profit
  • Community interest company
  • Voluntary or community group
  • Registered charity
  • Co-operative
  • Local authority
  • Charity Incorporated Organisations
  • Organisations based in England
  • Organisations with experience working with and delivering opportunities for young people in their local area
