Working for three governing bodies in addition to volunteering and working across five national charities, Ailidh has an ability to establish strong partnerships with a very innovative and proactive approach to work and new situations.

 

Having played international basketball for Scotland, Ailidh has been fortunate to travel around the world, experiencing new cultures and developing in both a sporting and working environment the ability to build high performing teams.

 

 

Ailidh has experienced first-hand the transformative effect sport can have and is passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people.
