Vaibhavi joined the team in March 2024, and is the People Lead at Sported, bringing many years of professional expertise in Human Resources, Recruitment, EDI, and Organisational Culture.

Vaibhavi has been in HR for about eight years, and has worked in both the operational and strategic management areas of Human Resources.

Most of Vaibhavi’s career has been working in the non-profit and corporate sectors. She has a wealth of experience in managing both the employee/recruitment lifecycle, organising training and workshops, creating policies and procedures in line with the organisations mission and values, and ensuring that we are Equitable, Diverse, and Inclusive always.

Vaibhavi combines her skills, experience, and knowledge, to ensure that her approach and decision making is always people-focused, as our employees are the foundation of our organisation. Her approach to work is driven by her passion to make a difference in all areas of Human Resources, and helping the organisation achieve its objectives, by contributing to sound people management strategies and creating a positive working culture.
