Courtenay joined Sported as an Associate Trustee in March 2024.

He is a Senior Compliance Manager at ClearScore, a FinTech company that allows users to access their credit score and report. He has a background in financial services, with a focus on compliance, risk and financial regulation.

Courtenay is a keen amateur sportsman, playing football and tennis, and has previously coached a grassroots football team.

He is a big advocate of social mobility and recognises the benefits that sport and physical activity can have in helping young people reach their potential.
