HEAD OF INSIGHT & STRATEGY
Emma has been at Sported since 2013 and currently heads up Sported’s work around insight, strategy, and external communications. Before joining Sported, Emma spent 3 years at a sports agency specialising in grassroots sports events and campaigns, having completed her degree in Sport Science at Leeds University.
Emma joined Sported in the Member Services team but has since led the creation and growth of Sported’s insight function. Emma is a strong advocate for the power of sport and is passionate about the use of data and insight to improve effectiveness and demonstrate impact. In 2015 she co-authored the Sport for Development Coalition’s Shared Outcomes and Measurement Framework for community sport. Outside of work, when Emma is not spending her time playing with her two young daughters, she enjoys dancing and swimming.
