Kate has 25 years+ leadership experience in purpose-led organisations and charities and now has a portfolio career, combining interim executive leadership, strategic consulting and non-executive roles.

Kate was the first Head of Newcastle United Foundation for over a decade, leading the organisation from start-up to award-winning charity. Kate also held the role of Interim Executive Director at Virgin Money Foundation and was a Trustee of the Greggs Foundation for nine years.

She is an Independent Director and Trustee of Northern Powergrid Foundation and a volunteer with Futures for All and Junior Parkrun.
