Kilian Toms is a London-based Partner at Sera Global.

He leads Sera Global’s Liquidity Solutions & Secondaries practice in EMEA and is responsible for advising managers seeking to create liquidity through fund restructurings, asset-spinouts or privately negotiated secondary investments.

Prior to joining Sera Global, Kilian was at Landmark Partners where he worked in their Private Equity team focusing on Real Estate for over 10 years. In 2015, he relocated to London to focus on European investments. He has also held roles at J.P. Morgan, in their Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Investment Banking group.  

Kilian has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and is a graduate of Florida A&M University, summa cum laude.

He is also affiliated with the Real Estate Executive Council and the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board.

Kilian is a member of the Development Committee on Sported’s Board of Trustees.
