Luis was born and raised in Peru and has over a decade of professional experience in public administration, project management and policy analysis for international organisations, public entities and non-profit organisations.

He is passionate about sport and the power it has to improve the lives of individuals and society as a whole, and recently transitioned into the sector after a planned career break.

In his spare time, he volunteers for a women’s football club and is always happy to join in for a game of basketball or American flag football. He also enjoys spending his time travelling with his wife and their pet chihuahua.

He is fluent in English and Spanish, with basic knowledge of Portuguese.
