Nat joins from the charity Attitude is Everything, where she began as Grassroots Venues Manager in 2017, and then Charter Manager. Here, she supported live music venues and festivals to become more accessible to Deaf and disabled people, through their Live Events Access Charter, where she lead on the project, as well as delivering Disability Equality Training across the Live Events sector.

Nat has a number of years of experience working in the third sector, previously working for Nesta and Scope.

She has lived experience of disability, and understands the importance of sport for disabled people, having taken part in a number of disability sports over the years, currently part of the London Titans Wheelchair Basketball Club’s Women’s League team, and most recently, para pistol shooting. She is passionate about sharing the joy of disability sport with others, and is excited to be joining the Sported team
