Vicky brings over 15 years of experience from her time within an Active Partnership, where she led impactful work across National Governing Bodies, Safeguarding, Sports Equity and Club Development. Passionate about helping community sport thrive, she loves working alongside clubs and community groups to unlock their potential and turn big ambitions into real progress.

A lifelong fan of racket sports, Vicky can often be found on court—coaching tennis and badminton for players of all ages and abilities and sharing her enthusiasm for staying active through sport.
