Simon Cummins is the Head of Odgers Berndtson’s Global Sports & Media Practice placing leaders including the CEOs of London 2012, The RFU, The FA, PGA European Tour and City Football Group. On a world-wide basis he has placed leaders into TopGolf, Fanatics, UFC, WWE, World Rugby, IAAF, the IOC and many International Federations.

Simon was previously a Director at GEMS and a Headmaster for ten years. Whilst at Millfield he was Head of the Preparatory School and a member of the Management Group for all three Millfield Schools and Millfield Enterprises. He is an accomplished sportsman, playing rugby and cricket as well as being active in outdoor pursuits. Skiing, golf, running and cycling now dominate spare time. 

Simon’s non-executive, board experience has included an NGB, PR Agency, hospitality agency, experiential marketing agency, several schools and a leadership development organisation. Simon currently Chairs WePlay.co, a leading Digital Marketing Agency and was educated at Borough Road College, London and Bath Universities.
