Nathan joined Sported in September 2024 and works as Head of Operations, spearheading Sported’s Delivery team across the UK.

Nathan is hugely passionate about the Sport for Development sector, having experienced multiple management and trustee positions. Beginning his career as a trainee sport psychologist, Nathan moved from a teaching assistant on BTEC sports courses into running football and employability programmes across west London. He has been part of multiple collaboration and learning networks across the sector and advocated in Parliament for the use of sports-based interventions as a means of reducing pupil absence in schools.

Nathan has developed broad sector-based experience across direct delivery, monitoring & evaluation, fundraising, finance and governance within the sector.

In his spare time, Nathan is usually either eating, running or spending time with his family.
